Camp Policies

Inclement Weather Policy

The Virginia Soccer Camp of Champions (VSCC) operates in Charlottesville, Virginia. During the late spring and summer, the weather can be very hot and humid. The health and safety of camp participants is paramount. Our dedicated sports medicine personnel will carefully monitor humidity and temperate to ensure that conditions are within safe parameters for physical activity. If a determination is made that conditions are unsafe for any reason (e.g. temperate, humidity, thunderstorms, tornados, earthquakes, etc.), camp sessions can be delayed, shortened or canceled. Since the Virginia Soccer Camp of Champions cannot control inclement weather, no refunds or reductions in camp costs will be offered when camp sessions are reduced or eliminated.

Grouping Requests Policy

Due to numerous restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic no group participation requests are permitted in advance of camp or after the camp is started. The Virginia Soccer Camp of Champions will develop the participant groupings. All participant groupings are final and will remain unchanged for the duration of the entire camp. There are no exceptions.
